The ARC® completely reinvents the BMS concept as an entry-level
ignition system with upgradeable firmware to match your
application needs. Capable of managing up to two burners or combustion devices with a single control box, it’s fully compatible
with all brands of fired or heater equipment—offering flexibility,
scalability, and reliable performance.

  • ARC® Base

    ARC® Base provides automatic electronic ignition to fired equipment and enclosed combustors. Utilizing high-energy ignition alongside flame rectification flame sensing, ARC® Base is sure to safely ignite and maintain a pilot flame. Alarm and pilot status outputs, Modbus communication, and data logging ensure that the status of equipment is easily and always known. Ultra-low power operation allows up to 10 days of sunless runtime with the optional standard solar power pack.

  • ARC® Flare

    ARC® Flare (Dual Pilot Flare Controller) provides automatic electronic or hot surface ignition for two flare pilots. Utilizing thermocouple temperature flame sensing, ARC® Flare (Dual Pilot Flare Controller) is sure to safely ignite and maintain a pilot flame. Dual pilot valve outputs allow for pilot gas shutdown. Alarm and dual pilot status outputs, Modbus communication, and data logging ensure that the status of equipment is easily and always known.
