Marine Loading Vapor Combustors
Cimarron’s Vapor Combustor Units (VCUs) are advanced combustion devices designed to safely burn vapor mixtures consisting of hydrocarbons that may, or may not, be within the flammability range of the vapors being destroyed.
A Cimarron VCU is commonly used for waste streams with high DRE (Destruction Rate Efficiency) requirements such as in liquid loading/unloading applications.
Our VCUs now come integrated with continuous monitoring and redundant data storage to the cloud.
Certified Ultra-Low Emissions Burner (CEB®)
Cimarron’s patented High-efficiency Clean Enclosed Burners (CEB®) are the world leaders in ultra-low NOx, ultra-low CO, and ultra-high Destruction Rate Efficiency (DRE).
The CEB uses premix technology along with our proprietary burner head technology to achieve at least <15ppm NOx, <10ppm CO and >99.99% DRE. This technology has been used successfully in over 200 installations worldwide.
